Michael is the visionary Founder and Chief Innovation Officer for Codifi. He has more than 20 years in program/product development, educational programming, and digital media. His specialties include solutions architecture, digital preservation, and paperless systems. Michael is a member of the RPA and SOI qualified.

Jonathan brings an obsession with the user experience to the Codifi platform and apps. He is guided by his own experience in the development of large-scale field data collection and management solutions for archaeology and environmental projects.

Citizen Developer / Lead Composer
Cynthia's background in no-code/low-code development and low-code strategy and architecture, including developing and launching several low-code enterprise products, has been invaluable to crafting the Codifi Composer experience. She leads the development of our Global Templates and Composer Community. A proud graduate of Tuskegee University, Cynthia has set a personal goal of being the best auntie!

Bringing over 10 years of expertise, Hugo is Codifi's Solution Architect & Engineering Lead. Specializing in C# .Net Core 7, React.JS, MongoDB, and MySql, he innovates in Web and Mobile applications, Microservices, and Orchestration APIs, focusing on pragmatic solutions for complex business requirements.
